An innovative multifunctional unit that simultaneously feeds and provides herbicidal protection of the working strip using the Strip-till processing system.
Due to the fact that the strip processing system differs from the classical one, the protection system requires a slightly different herbicidal treatment. By introducing the Strip-till technology, we have 2 conditions on the field for the timing of weed germination — a black and warm working strip, and the row spacing — light and cold.
The question arises: «Process the black stripe or wait for the light stripe?»
Based on the results of a practical study, the plant’s specialists, together with farmers, came to the conclusion that such a unit is one of the elements of improving the universal soil-protecting, moisture and energy-saving technology, which brings the nutrition and protection system to the ideal and at the same time carries out the incorporation of the soil herbicide with a rotary section and prevents soil cracking. in the working lane.
When re-feeding vegetative plants, we can re-treat our light and cold aisle with herbicide, which by that time is also inhabited by weeds.
By moving the bar with nozzles to the row spacing, we can safely apply the insurance herbicide, not paying attention to the phase of plant development, since they are protected by Vulkan working bodies.
