Platform reloader is used for reloading grain, corn, sunflower, rapeseed, mineral fertilizers. The loader consists of a horizontal, folding, vertical auger; common dosing gate; electric and hydraulic drives; hopper lifting and lowering mechanism.

Reloader is an intermediate link when reloading grain or mineral fertilizers from a car, dump trailer or tractor trailer to a mineral fertilizer spreader, seeder, car or railway car. A special collar of the receiving hopper located under the bottom prevents the grain from spilling onto the ground. Thanks to the dosing gate reloader can be used as a grain or mineral fertilizer accumulator. The platform of the loader is transferred from the working position to the transport position in just a few seconds. This is realized thanks to a hydraulic station and a hydraulic cylinder designed to raise and lower the hopper (working position — the hopper is lowered, transport — raised).

— Unloading auger Ø 280 mm, (helix thickness 6 mm, productivity 60 t/h, unloading height 4.3 m.)
— Screw drive with gearbox S2100 (manufactured by Bondioli and Pavesi, Italy)

— Hydrostation for device control
— In the event of an emergency stop, gates are provided for cleaning the horizontal and vertical augers.
