HERCULES is designed for strip tillage for sowing industrial crops with simultaneous application of fertilizers. The unit processes strips with a width of 150 to 200 mm to a depth of 220 mm. Thanks to the processing of only 30% of the future sowing area, it is possible to obtain cost savings for the main and pre-sowing processing. The treated strips accumulate moisture well, warm up quickly in the spring, providing comfortable conditions for the development of row crops. The stubble residues, which are enclosed by the unit in the aisles, prevent the germination of carrion and weeds. Moisture accumulates between the soil and the crop residues due to the temperature difference between the soil and the residues (dew point). With the help of three independent pneumatic circuits, the pressure is precisely adjusted: sections depending on the resistance of the soil; row cleaners depending on the amount of crop residues; press wheels for crushing clods and compacting the soil. Adjustment is made using a specialized remote control in the tractor cab.

The section consists of modular elements, each of which has different configuration options for optimal performance under different conditions.

The section is fixed on a parallelogram with a pneumatic additional loader. Fixed section down pressure ensures consistent working depth and fertilizer application. It is possible to separately adjust the greater pressure of the sections running along the tractor track. All pneumatics are controlled from one centralized control panel in the tractor cab.

The front disc works in tandem with the support wheels to cut through small and large crop residues. There are different configurations of the front split disc with different wave widths, the number of waves on the disc, the shape and profile of the disc.

The front support wheels hold the crop residue and allow the split disc to cut it as efficiently as possible. They provide accurate copying of the relief of the entire section. There are different options for completing the front support wheels, depending on the tasks, the background on which the unit will work and other factors. It is possible to install wheels with soft rubber for working in wet conditions, with hard rubber for working on large stem residues. Depending on the needs and working conditions, you can choose wide or narrow wheels.

Row cleaners carry stubble residues to the aisles, which further contributes to the accumulation and retention of moisture. They have a parallelogram suspension, due to this they keep the angles of the discs constant and copy the terrain as smoothly and accurately as possible. The wiper discs are offset to ensure complete coverage of the working area and have additional height adjustment. The discs have a special concave tooth shape that prevents splitting of crop residues. There is the possibility of stepless adjustment of the working clamp due to the air bag controlled from a centralized console.

The rack goes deep into the ground from 10 to 22 cm and makes one or two types of fertilizer. The working part of the rack has surfacing of plates made of hard-alloy metals, which makes it possible to significantly increase the service life. Each rack is protected from shock and damage by a safety system of hydraulic cylinders. The stand mount allows you to quickly and conveniently change the working depth without additional settings. If hydraulic protection is not required, a shear bolt option is available. There are several variants of racks for applying both dry and liquid fertilizers, with different geometries. Regardless of the option chosen, it is always possible to install another interchangeable tip due to the unified fasteners.

The discs of the loosening tine on both sides cut through the contours of the cultivated strip and prevent the removal of soil between the rows. Depending on the rack settings and working conditions, the side discs have a number of adjustments: horizontally, vertically, with the ability to change the angle of attack of the discs. The disks are mounted with a bracket with rubber shock absorbers that dampen the vibration load, allowing you to copy the relief as accurately and smoothly as possible. It is possible to adjust the stiffness of rubber due to remote spacers. There are different configurations of side discs with different wave widths, the number of waves on the disc, the shape and profile of the disc.

Rollers with adjustable angle of attack level and compact the soil in the cultivated strip. With the help of a spring lock, you can quickly reconfigure the angle of attack. There are different configurations of rollers, all of them are interchangeable and can be installed depending on the tasks and operating conditions.

HERCULES units are equipped with front tanks with a volume of 0.5 to 2.2 cubic meters, for applying dry or liquid fertilizers. Depending on the configuration of the container, it is possible to simultaneously apply two types of dry mineral fertilizers.
